Barb Nicholson

Barb has been teaching and training for over 30 years and is the ideal workshop leader for learning how to increase personal energy, health and well-being.  Her experience spans organizational consulting, management training, critical incident debriefing and operating corporate Employee Assistance Programs in Fortune 500 companies.

Barb understands the importance of connecting with each and every student to fully understand their needs and help them best achieve their goals.  She loves working with groups and is truly energized by it!

Barb’s emphasis, as a retired Masters Social Worker and Reiki Master, is on personal energy work. She now focuses upon using Reiki energy and consulting to help people heal and become more who they want to be.

Mort, as a certified belief coach, now focuses upon each person’s different belief systems, that is, what they think is true for them.
We all have many beliefs that serve us and our behavior flows easily and comfortably from them.
Mort’s work is helping you identify which beliefs result in behavior keeping you from achieving your goals or feeling better about yourself.
Mort does this by, with your permission, adjusting the underlying beliefs to different one(s) that serve you by easily and comfortably supporting behavior you want.
This new behavior can lead you to personal and business success.

Mort’s expertise has developed over many years, first as a manager at a Fortune 100 company, and then as a student and practitioner of integrative healing modalities and spiritual practices.  He combines the things learned in the corporate world with new approaches and techniques learned over the past few years, to help people tap into the natural energies that surround them.
